Once we’ve aligned on our style frames and approved a direction, we can start to fill the gaps and form our complete story.
This takes shape as either a gridded PDF like seen to the right or in some cases a “slideshow” animatic in video format with timing and music roughed out.

Next up we introduce our initial style frames. These are kept pretty loose, developing non-sequential moments of potential frames to help us align on a visual direction.
Some of these frames may make the final deliverable, others end up on the cutting room floor. But this is the time to play.

It all starts with a discovery call. We talk about who your brand is and what it needs. That may be brand awareness, a new product launch, or maybe just to build excitement about a successful campaign.
Once we’ve pinpointed your needs and scope, I do some internal and competitor research as well as find visual inspiration through a shared Pinterest Board so we can align on a visual direction to prepare for creative exploration in the coming phases.

Now it’s time to make things move! From here we take our approved storyboards and bring them to life.
This may involve alignment checkins and scene animatics to share progress with key stakeholders.
All in all, this is where the real magic happens, and we push toward a final deliverable.

At this point, I’ll send out our final invoice and when the check clears, you’ll be the proud new owner of a fresh, fully designed and animated deliverable. All yours, forever. No licensing to renew, no risk of our custom-fit solutions being templated and repurposed for some other brand in the future.
All I ask is that once our spot goes public that I maintain the right to share the awesome work we build together on my own channels, with proper credit to your agency of course!

Wow that was fun. Let’s do it again!
You’ve got your one video. You want to show that puppy off around town. But what works on one platform, won’t be ideal everywhere. Our ultra-wide conference video looks great on the big stage, but maybe we need an HD version for Youtube? Or a vertical cut for social?
What about testing alternate copy? Or another visual style altogether? Animated video is not a one-and-done solution. But worry not, because I’m here to inform and execute as an ongoing partner.
